Background and credit check. We do an extensive criminal check to see if there is any ongoing criminal activity with each of our prospective tenants. We then pull a full tri-merge credit report with score so that we can receive a clear picture of the prospective tenants’ credit and payment history.

Online management system. All activity regarding our properties are visible by clients through our online management system.

Real-time information. Clients receive notification instantly when rent is collected, work orders are submitted and when notes are added about the property or tenant. Affordable Management Fees. Property management made simple, 7% of gross rents for any unit above $650 per month or a flat fee of $45 per month for units renting for less. No hidden fees. We do not receive a management fee unless your unit is leased.
