What if there’s a problem once I’ve moved in?
If you notice any issues with the property once you have moved in, call us and we will take care of the problem.

How do I get approved for a rental?
To start the process you, please fill out our rental application online or stop by our office at 816 Main St and we have them available for prospective tenants.  Once the application is received, we will review the information, perform a credit background check, verify employment and call references.  Once the application is processed we will meet with you to discuss any issues found or items that might disqualify you for the property of interest.

What if I have bad credit?
We understand that credit can be affected by many factors including loss of employment, heath issues and medical bills.  We review each person’s credit report and make our decision on a case by case basis.

What are your pet policies
Our pet policy varies depending on the property you wish to lease.  In general we do not allow more than two pets or any aggressive breed.  There is a $100 fee per pet.

How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is normally the same as the monthly rent amount.  So if the place you are interesting in leasing rents for $650 per month you would need $1300 to sign and move it plus a $25 application fee.
